...My second assignment...",
- Intellectual property are legal property rights over creations of the mind, both artistic and commercial, and the corresponding fields of law. Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; ideas, discoveries and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs. Common types of intellectual property include copyrights, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights and trade secrets.
What is Intellectual property rights?
- It is an exclusive right given by the State to the owner/creator of an immaterial object for a certain period of time. Examples of such immaterial objects are inventions, designs, literary works, computer programs - i.e.any creations of the human mind, transformable into a material form. Mostly they are referred to as immaterial property, because they are derived from ideas being registered and used in trade. The intellectual property rights are divided in four domains, which are Trade Marks, Copyright, Patents and Designs according to the objects for which the protection is sought.

...☺☺thinking of you☺☺...
Comparisons are easily done
Once you’ve had a taste of perfection
Like an apple hanging from a tree
I picked the ripest one
I still got the seed
You said move on
Where do I go
I guess second best
Is all I will know
Cause when I’m with him
I am thinking of you
Thinking of you
What you would do if
You were the one
Who was spending the night
Oh I wish that I
Was looking into your eyes
You’re like an Indian summer
In the middle of winter
Like a hard candy
With a surprise center
How do I get better
Once I’ve had the best
You said there’s
Tons of fish in the water
So the waters I will test
He kissed my lips
I taste your mouth
He pulled me in
I was disgusted with myself
(repeat cho)
You’re the best
And yes I do regret
How I could let myself
Let you go
Now the lesson’s learned
I touched it I was burned
Oh I think you should know
Cause when I’m with him
I am thinking of you
Thinking of you
What you would do if
You were the one
Who was spending the night
Oh I wish that I
Was looking into your eyes
Looking into your eyes
Looking into your eyes
Oh won’t you walk through
And bust in the door
And take me away
Oh no more mistakes
Cause in your eyes I’d like to stay…
stay….

There's nothing like friends to make a heart sing
True friends will share with you most everything
They will not abandon you in times of need
They aren't overcome by envy of greed
Friends are the icing on life's great big cake
Real friends will give and allow you to take
I don't know how I would survive without friends
They applaud my beginnings and mourn my sad ends
Tell me, please tell me, what would I do
If I didn't have a garden full of friends just like YOU!
